No More Excuses…



Start losing weight!  Stop using excuses!  Stop procrastinating!

We use so many excuses:

  • The weather is awful.

  • It’s raining.

  • It’s too hot.

  • It was the doctor’s fault.

  • It was the nurse’s fault.

  • I have a headache.

  • I am too hungry.

  • I hate to exercise.

  • I do not want to fail.

  • I do not want to change.

  • I am depressed.

  • I am angry.

  • I am happy.

  • I love eating out with my friends.

  • I love the way I look.

  • I hate the way I look.

  • I am tired.

  • I cannot stay motivated.

  • I cannot follow the diet plan.

  • I hate diet food.

  • I like being overweight.

  • I am a quantity eater.

  • I am an emotional eater.

  • I am dating.

  • My metabolism is too slow.

I am sure that you have many more excuses that you could add to this list.  I feel that the excuses are keeping us FAT!  Stop using excuses and lose weight!  Until next time…
