Start losing weight! Stop using excuses! Stop procrastinating!
We use so many excuses:
The weather is awful.
It’s raining.
It’s too hot.
It was the doctor’s fault.
It was the nurse’s fault.
I have a headache.
I am too hungry.
I hate to exercise.
I do not want to fail.
I do not want to change.
I am depressed.
I am angry.
I am happy.
I love eating out with my friends.
I love the way I look.
I hate the way I look.
I am tired.
I cannot stay motivated.
I cannot follow the diet plan.
I hate diet food.
I like being overweight.
I am a quantity eater.
I am an emotional eater.
I am dating.
My metabolism is too slow.
I am sure that you have many more excuses that you could add to this list. I feel that the excuses are keeping us FAT! Stop using excuses and lose weight! Until next time…
