Three Days on Keto!

Well, today is my third day on the Keto program. I am feeling great. I am not hungry. I am trying to eat mainly cheese, ham, beef, nuts, using cream for my tea and coffee. I am having avocados, cucumbers, lettuce, arugula, eggs. I have used real mayonnaise and no diet products.


We are in Argentina. I have given up all sugar, pasta, rice, breads, desserts and alcohol. Last night, was our first night going out since I started this program. I said no to the wine and champagne. I did not have any french fries, tortilla, breads, nor the mash potatoes. I stuck to my plan. I ordered a sausage and some meat. I had 1 hard boiled egg, lettuce, arugula and some olives. I felt great. I was in control. I have lost 6.2 lbs./2.8kgs. in 2 days. WOW! The weight is melting off.
